Tyler and Casey met in High School Rodeo competitions and became friends. When they graduated Casey told Tyler of a job he'd had the last summer watching over a herd of sheep in Montana. It sounded like a dream job spending the summer in a remote mountain valley with not much to do but make sure the sheep were safe. Tyler was surprised when Casey told him the guy who he'd worked with the prior summer wasn't coming back and if Tyler wanted the job it was his.
