The Triratna Dharma Training Course is a systematic, wide-ranging and progressive exploration of the Dharma which can be followed via a programme of weekly study spread over four years. It makes an excellent general course for anyone interested in putting Buddhist teaching into practice in their life.
The aim of the course is to provide Mitras – those wishing to practise the Dharma within the context of the Triratna Buddhist Community – with what amounts to a basic education in Buddhism; even, a thorough and systematic training in the principles and practice of the Dharma, particularly as taught within the Triratna Buddhist Community.
Year One covers - A Guide to the Dharma Training Course for Mitras Part One: Going for Refuge to the Three Jewels Part Two: Ethics Part Three: Meditation Part Four: Wisdom Part Five: Buddhism and Triratna, Devotional Practice
